This two-day symposium [Ann Herendeen, Brooklyn's own Bisexual Author of the Bisexual Regency-romance Novel, "Phyllida and the Brotherhood of Philander" will be speaking on the 24th - day two] will be the First National Conference to focus on the multiple ways that Romance Novels—long the most maligned of literary texts—can provide rich critical insight for the study of American culture, politics, and society.
